The historic Dome Building was built in 1892 by Adolph Ochs, and located in Downtown Chattanooga. Once home of the Chattanooga Time, the 75,000 square feet structure was named a Tennessee Antiquity by the APTA. The site has potential for apartment development, and approximately 100 total parking spaces. In order to create value, the Dome Building improved occupancy, lease rates, and operating procedures.
